Preliminary engineering report, update of the Airport Layout Plan and other engineering design services for the Chambers County Airport in Anahuac, Texas.
Quadrant Consultants provided engineering services for the Chambers County Airport in Anahuac, Texas, about 50 miles southeast of Houston. Quadrant designed the rehabilitation and striping of Runway 12-30, stub taxiways at the northwest corner of the main airport hangar area, and the main apron area. Quadrant also designed turnarounds or taxiway extensions, a hangar access taxiway and fencing and gates for the airport.
Quadrant performed land surveys, prepared a preliminary engineering report, updated the Airport Layout Plan and determined the location, size and property information for expanding the protection zones of Runway 30 and Runway 13. Quadrant prepared plans, specifications and cost estimates, evaluated contractor bids and supervised construction.
