Environmental assessment for 2.8 miles of a new roadway to bypass FM 2432 in Willis, Montgomery County, Texas.
Quadrant Consultants examined four alternatives and prepared the environmental assessment, including noise modeling, wetland determination and permitting, wildlife and endangered species habitat assessment and evaluation of socioeconomic conditions. The project traverses several sweetbay swamps, which are wetlands and Texas special habitats.
